Shinhee is a Korean born, Sydney based ceramic artist and art teacher.

Shinhee has completed a B.A. (Hons) degree in Fine Arts at Sydney College of the Arts (University of Sydney) and also studied a Master of Design at the College of Fine Arts (UNSW COFA).

Her works are mostly a combination of throwing and hand building. Forms are thrown, then altered, carved, or made from a mould. Her source of inspiration is mainly drawn from my everyday physical surroundings, such as nature, still life, everyday objects, silhouettes of buildings, and human forms or shapes.
